The Duke of Sussex has made headlines with yet another statement in which he appeared to suggest that he believed that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is down to mother nature "punishing" the world for its wrongdoings.

For the most part, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have been committed to various social causes, and have by and large done their utmost to promote noble causes around the world. They have spoken out against institutional racism and have used their platform to promote causes that are close to their hearts.
Now, the Duke of Sussex has raised some eyebrows with his latest statement.
Speaking from his Californian home in an interview with WaterBear, a new environmental streaming service, Prince Harry appeared to suggest that he believed that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is down to mother nature 'punishing' the world for its wrongdoings.
Harry had this to say;
''At the end of the day, nature is our life source. Somebody said to me at the beginning of the pandemic, it’s almost as though Mother Nature has sent us to our rooms for bad behavior to really take a moment and think about what we’ve done. The pandemic has certainly reminded me about how interconnected we all are, not just as people but through nature. We take so much from her and we rarely give a lot back. Every single raindrop that falls from the sky relieves the parched ground. What if every single one of us was a raindrop, and if every single one of us cared?”
What do you make of Harry's comments? They will undoubtedly draw the ire of the British public, but does he have a point? Or is the Duke of Sussex simply pontificating?
