Harry and Meghan have welcomed their second child into the world!
On Friday the 4th of June at 11:40 am local time, weighing 7 lbs 11oz, Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was welcomed into the world by her mother Meghan Markle, with her father Harry by her side.
Harry and Meghan have been largely out of the spotlight in recent weeks due to Meghan's pregnancy, which they clearly intended to keep low-key in terms of media coverage.
Lilibet is Queen Elizabeth's nickname. It was given to the young Princess by her father, King George V when she was a small child and still hadn't learned to pronounce her own name properly.

Lilibet is eighth in line to the throne - meaning Prince Andrew, who was born as second in line in 1960, moves down to ninth place.
Harry and Meghan released a statement on their website thanking fans for their continued support. They said "On June 4, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we've felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family."
Congratulations poured in from all over the world from Royalists wishing Harry and Meghan luck. As well as this, messages from within the Royal Family were also shared with the pair. Queen Elizabeth was said to be delighted with the news of Lillibet's birth.

Harry and Meghan are yet to release any photos of the child. They will no doubt take their time in getting settled and comfortable before sharing any images with the world.
Harry has reflected on his role as a parent in recent months, discussing how he hopes to break the cycle of 'pain and suffering' that has been inflicted on members of his family by the British tabloid press.
With this in mind, it is clear that Harry and Meghan will be very measured in how they introduce Archie and Lillibet into the world - if at all.
Congratulations to the pair of them.
